At Community Action & Re-Entry Empowerment, LLC, we are dedicated to fostering community service, advocating for change in the laws that affect the ones who live under involuntary servitude inside our justice system, and engaging in re-entry efforts that actually produce results. Our efforts are also directed at educating and supporting those affected by domestic abuse through innovative consulting and the access to necessary resources.
Re-Entry Support
We offer comprehensive re-entry services aimed at engaging system-involved and at-risk-youth, their families, and the community. Our program will foster positive behavioral changes, enhance access to supportive resources, help youth rebuild their lives with dignity, and reduce recidivism rates through education and implementation of the S.T.E.P.S. Program.
Domestic Abuse Advocacy
We provide critical resources and expert consulting through awareness events for affected individuals, as well as for organizations working with domestic abuse victims to create safe, supportive spaces.
Florida's Abolish Slavery Initiative
We are dedicated to ending coercive prison labor in Florida. We work to remove harmful constitutional language through pushing forward an amendment, protect the right to voluntary work for incarcerated individuals, and promote dignity, fairness, and true justice for all Floridians. Through advocacy, education, and reform, we strive to create a future where human rights have no exceptions.
Restorative Justice
We offer consulting on restorative justice practices that emphasize on reforming the legal framework that promotes institutional oppression, healing over punishment, ensuring all voices are heard.

Community Action & Re-Entry Empowerment, LLC is a mission-focused social enterprise based in Orange County, Florida. C.A.R.E. addresses critical public safety and community health challenges by delivering multiple services in the areas of domestic violence education and resource access, structured re-entry and restorative justice programming for system-involved youth, as well as advocating for the end of forced prison labor, which is a vestige of slavery preserved into modern day Florida. Our mission is to provide comprehensive community services and educational programs tailored to community building.
