About Community Action & Re-Entry Empowerment, LLC

Our Mission

Making a Difference and Advocating for Change in Our Community

Community Action & Re-Entry Empowerment, LLC was established to address the growing demand for comprehensive domestic violence education, to combat the gaps in juvenile justice rehabilitation services, and to advocate against forced prison labor / involuntary servitude in the prison setting. C.A.R.E. is an organization devoted to empowering disadvantaged communities with a vision that a world where healing and accountability become more than an option, it becomes a reality for all.

C.A.R.E.’s primary objectives include:

  • Reducing domestic violence by increasing public knowledge and survivor resource access.
  • Lowering recidivism among at-risk and formerly incarcerated youth through evidence-based re-entry curriculum.
  • Strengthening community partnerships to ensure program sustainability and impact.
  • Push forward a constitutional amendment to Florida Constitution – Article I, Section 28, and remove the language that has preserved the vestige of slavery for far too long.
